      Engineers work with challenging technical problems for a multibeam sonar system, which is a unique product in this area. Flat organization, good work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Communication and reaction to engineers' observations got slower after transition to public company.

      Working at Norbit should only be as a stepping stone to other companies.

      Inconvénients

      Norbit is very poorly managed. Pay levels are below industry average. Management is stovepiped and non inclusive.
