      Avantages

      Some very good people are hired but are quickly beaten down by unkept promises and negative work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Nepotism, a lot of yelling and screaming by senior management, threats that the company is always on the edge of going broke, poor pay, lots of whipping - short on praise. Management by crisis and no strategic thinking. Wasting tens of dollars trying to pinch pennies. Very hostile work environment. No morale. Good people are leaving.

      Avantages

      Innovative, creative and growing. Model Based Engineering (MBE) is a new and challenging field in which No Magic is an undisputed leader. Modeling, Simulation & Analytics is another high potential growth area as their simulation and analytics capabilities mature.

      Inconvénients

      Like all new markets there is much uncertainty and volatility. If long term job security is your primary aim they may not be your best fit. If. however, you are looking for skills and career growth in this burgeoning new field it is the place to be.
