      Avantages

      Lots of flexibility and resources, allowed me to kinda decide what I wanted to work on (gave me some options). Had a mentor during my time which was awesome. Startup company experience

      Inconvénients

      Only had one mentor, would've like more people to go to (my mentor was at a different office and very busy at times)

      Avantages

      the team of engineers is very strong. the pace is fast and there are frequent pivots but work is interesting and environment is respectful. Work - life balance is very good for a startup in Silicon Valley

      - Lots of interesting AI-related challenges. - Strong engineering culture and talented people on the technical side. - Polite and friendly atmosphere.

      - Priorities can change quickly, which may sometimes feel chaotic. - The startup environment is not for everyone - you need to feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
