For internal projects, there’s too much micromanagement. They also ask developers to participate in challenges that take up too much time or to create media content—not everyone is into that.
There was favoritism toward some team members. On birthdays or anniversaries, you could see the difference in the amount of money spent on some compared to others.
The partners make developers participate in activities that don’t seem very respectful to win prizes: jumping into a pool, running even though not everyone is in the same physical condition, or even dancing like certain animals.
