      Avantages

      Very Talented people I was lucky to have a Manager, Mentor who encouraged me to complete the work the way I want without forcing any company policies

      Inconvénients

      Being an Intern, I feel work environment is quite boring. No fun activities at all. People just come, work and go home. They are not much interested in talking with each other. So if you love to work in Energized atmosphere, definitely not a place for you

      Avantages

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
