Avantages
CEO is a nice guy until you accept a job offer....
Inconvénients
CEO has no leadership or management training or experience which results in a high level of micromanagement, requiring employees to meet on a daily basis to review work done for that day. Instructions on tasks are vague at best, and if your work is not what the CEO is looking for, he will berate you in front of whoever is present. There is no work/life balance at NextStep. You are expected to be available for a phone call, meeting, or email response at ALL HOURS, even when you are on PTO. CEO is more concerned with financial gain than contract or business ethics, and I have seen business decisions or requests of his that bordered on criminal. I wish I had read the other reviews here before taking a position with this company. It was hands down the worst employment experience of my professional career.
