      The people and the culture... Enough said.

      Sometimes work/life balance can get in the way, that's my own fault thought! They were great about telling me to go play golf when I've been working too hard!!

      Sometime difficult to get recognition. Below average benefits. Appraisal is slow. Long work hours.
