Avantages

Flexibility and good compensation. Nothing more than that.

Inconvénients

Pathetic hierarchy. No hierarchy at all. No good leader. Nobody knows how to handle what. Oh god! Some people in marketing are actually reporting to the HR. Can you believe? Pathetic. Mass firing. They keep changing their digital marketing team every 6 months. Pathetic behaviour from the CEO. "Managers" are so unaware of what they are doing that if you ask for a resolution for a problem, they will change your manager. No instructions, no set of rules, nobody listens to anybody. No training will be given to you but you will expected to work. Nobody will review your task, because nobody knows how to help you. Their inadequacy will lead to them firing you. Just because they don't understand what to do with the domain, they will simply be dismissive of you but they will not hire any senior person because that will make them pay more. It's a terrible terrible company. All the good reviews are fake. It's pathetic. You will feel stagnant dealing with such morons. They are always clueless and they will make you pay for their cluelessness. Are they open to suggestions? Absolutely no! Please don't hamper your career coming here. It's a lifetime trauma.

Avantages

Initial days can feel positive and give a false impression of a decent workplace. Good treatment is given to a very small, favored group of employees

Inconvénients

I am a current employee at NextRow Digital, and my experience has been extremely toxic and disappointing. What initially appeared to be a decent workplace has turned into a bitter and exploitative environment over time. The owner is cheap, purely money-minded, and shows no respect for employees. He openly takes advantage of people and treats only a small inner circle well, while the majority of employees are ignored and undervalued. Favoritism is deeply ingrained in the company culture. When it comes to salary hikes, management plays deliberate games. The owner redirects employees to the VP, and the VP sends them back to the owner, creating an endless loop with no resolution. This tactic is clearly used to avoid fair compensation and accountability. Employees are expected to handle two or even three roles simultaneously while being paid far below industry standards. The workload is excessive, expectations are unrealistic, and there is no regard for work-life balance. The owner’s behavior is extremely unprofessional — including taking employees out for lunch and then demanding reimbursement weeks later. This kind of conduct highlights the lack of ethics and leadership maturity. There is a complete lack of respect for employees. Salary hikes and recognition are not based on performance, but instead go to those who flatter management and engage in favoritism. Overall, this is not a healthy or professional workplace. I strongly advise potential candidates to think carefully before joining if they value fairness, transparency, and respect.
