      Benefits are better than most companies CEO is very attentive with all staff

      Smaller biopharma so layoffs are very possible Disorganized at times a lot more work then what your title should be doing.

      Competitive salary. Excellent upper management. Great company culture. They'll feed you every week. They ordered the best cakes! Employees are treated fairly.

      None. However, I do not know what it was like working at the labs.

      There are some great learning opportunities here if you're purposeful about finding them and have a supportive manager.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture - long hours with extensive weekend work. No respect for life commitments outside of work. Active belittling and gaslighting from mid and senior management.
