      They start nice and things seem decent...

      Inconvénients

      You see the owner not leading, you see the manager just being burnt out so bad he could care less half the time and the other co workers were great... Nothing but love for them but the manager and owner have some serious work to do on providing a work environment where people feel balance and enabled to learn and grow
