Avantages

Benefits, unfortunately that’s about it.

Inconvénients

No proper marketing or staying abreast of competition. Always changing comp plan in their favor. Takes a long time to get anything done in regards to actually helping the customers. The product is dated and most telematics companies have way more innovative technology. Price is outrageous and customers are turned away. Lack of ongoing training. Been there years and felt like I knew less and less every day. Things change and you are the last to know, but they expect you to explain it to the customer. Product releases come out and they expect us to sell it without the pricing even being set. Just out here winging it. Cannot even demonstrate the product for the customer properly due to poor and/or non working demo environment. no room for advancement.

Avantages

The products were sellable, although performance often depended heavily on assigned territory.

Inconvénients

- Favoritism and internal politics heavily influence how management operates. - A select inner circle receives better territories, higher bonuses, and preferential treatment. - Other employees are left with poor territories, constant criticism, and unfair treatment. - Speaking up about unfair treatment often leads to retaliation, including quitting or termination.
