Too much cosmetics. Everything is PR oriented and try too hard to build an image of "innovative" and "care for society". Demand employees to do PR and marketing for the company on their personal social media channels. Lack of genuinity and depth in most of the company new initiatives. No actual planning (comparing to MNCs) in any of the departments, everything is short term goal oriented. HR got too much power. Politics is a thing and dragging the company behind. Most senior management are exhausted and facing huge stress, those can survive more than 4 years just know how to play the political game instead of creating new values.
