Timely Salary was the only thing good in here. And the co-workers were very friendly.

Except from timely salary every other thing that you would like as a developer is wrong here. There's excessive pressure of work, almost everyday you have to work after office hours to meet the goals. They'll switch you from project to project in no time, its like working in two/three projects in a day is common here. If your experience is less in development , you wont learn a thing here because you wont find any time again there’s no code review at all. They'll want you to work like a very experienced developer without thinking about your expertise. The co-workers are friendly , but everyone is very busy with their work. They themselves can't catch a breath. In the time of joining, they promised company tour, monthly outing, performance bonus, yearly 2/3 times increment but but but every one of these promise is fake here. And only one man makes decisions here, what he thinks or wants matters. What the other seniors think doesn’t make any sense to him, he wont even take opinions from them. Can terminate your contract anytime, even with the slightest mistake.

The employees are very talented and skillful. They take full ownership of every project.

The CEO and Team Lead takerequirements from client but can not describe it properly to the team. And they set unreal deadline for every project. Which impacts badly to every employee. They have to take overloaded work for daily. They won't give you leave except emergency case.They also not provide any government holiday. The team lead's passion is to motivate for seeing dream to gets benefits after every project but could not fulfill it at all. Also they will take money from clients form USA residents engineers. But do the work with bangladeshi engineers.
