Avantages
I have been working at Network Ninja, more specifically on the Main Event side of operations for about 2.5 years now. It is impossible to write down all of the pros and positives about this wonderful company, but I will do my best to consolidate the big ones here! Where can I even get started - the software itself, the fellow coworkers, and our clients are all the reasons to come back to work with a smile on my face each morning. The colleagues I work with everyday are some of the most kind hearted, down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Regardless of the time of day, someone will be around to jump in and assist wherever it is needed. Although the team may be small, everybody is extremely positive, knowledgable and overall jack-of-all-trades. Even though we all are spread across the globe, the comradery that makes a good company great is more than prevalent. The software itself is extremely unique, and working with clients allows us to, on a daily basis help tackle specific, client/brand related items. My favorite part of each day is hopping on a weekly call with a client, and discussing how we can make their site better, and ultimately propel their brand name further into the world. Each client is vastly unique, so it keeps my job very eventful and fresh! All things considered, I could not ask for a better company to work for. NNI has treated me as family since I first started, and I look forward to continue to build these relationships and grow the company for years to come! P.S. Andy is the best boss in the world.
Inconvénients
The only downside of working for Network Ninja is we do not meet in person very often. I did have the wonderful opportunity to go to the EMS Conference in Las Vegas last April, which was an awesome experience. Any more opportunities like I will jump on! Understood the company is 100% remote, so meeting up once or twice a year is much easier said than done. However - if we could have an annual get-together, that would be awesome.
