      culture okay pay (recently did bonuses but lowered merit raises) pretty good work life balance depending on position

      Inconvénients

      recent change to raises/pay bands were not great Leadership shifted around so much due to 4 mergers/acquisitions PE owned now, shifted more towards "corporate" culture recently then it was before

      Leadership since private equity took over has been totally out of touch with reality and has caused a company snowballing to success to become a company struggling to meet our clients needs.
