      Avantages

      Nice office building, company cars available for use.

      Inconvénients

      The company has two owners who can't be in the same room together without arguing like children. They both have different view of where they want the company to go, but won't talk to each other to figure it out. Neither of the owners are leaders, they don't have any interaction with employees. The turnover rate is so high they can't keep customers happy.

      Avantages

      It had a great group of people to work with and there was a diverse staff. Many customers made work very steady.

      Inconvénients

      They had a fair amount of employee turnover because they did a great job of training them with new skills.

      This is a team, where you feel yourself like in family. With total confidence and care.

      Inconvénients

      Not systemized work processes, therefore it requires a lot of personal communication
