Avantages
There are several indicators that exemplify how Netmining is taking steps in the right direction as a company and display that it can be a major player in the Ad Tech space: • Experienced Senior management- bright and hardworking people who understand how to get the right results to meet any goal, whether that be internal or from a client • Work environment-- They offer, support and give the flexibility needed for employees to balance their work and personal life. They treat people like people. • Technology- constantly improving the product to drive and fulfill the needs and wants clients expect and/or may not know exist in the digital space.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of things this company does exceptionally well but, there is one thing that is holding this company back--training. There are resources in place for employees to be successful but because of the nature of the industry and the speed in which it operates-- ensuring those resources are being upheld and in place get overlooked. There is no formal training program for new hires or interns which can be quite daunting for new comers.
