      Worst company ever! - Avis employé Associate Software Engineer Netlink

      Avantages

      They have no pros at all !

      Inconvénients

      They have the worst management. We are made to work for 12+ hours everyday, including saturdays and sundays. Work life balance is absolute nonsense for these guys. They hire rude unprofessional mangers. They don't even know how to follow agile. If we complain about health issues due to long working hours, our managers say that it is not their responsibility. I don't know on what basis they are listed as great place to work. Netlink is a hell hole.

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
