      Avantages

      It is in tier 2 city, some leaders are good

      Inconvénients

      1.) HRBP guys are very dull and unresponsive, you would be very lucky if you get response from HR within 15 days. They are busy in higher management boot licking. Totally disconnected from the ground reality. Most useless department, They ask everyone to come office while they themselves working from home every other day. 2.) Company product is not doing good as they put all those resources on product management , those experience are in sales, software development, as these guys are good in boot licking and product head is very happy with this.

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
