      Most of Latest technology in use Lots of learning opportunity If you are good at work then don't worry about politics. Politics are for those who are poor at work and will to play blame game

      Poor support functions No hikes for many years (Get good hike before coming to Netlink and don't expect anything after that)

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
