      Avantages

      Netlink is one of the best company in MP and provides many services. It is really amazing for freshers as they encourage young minds to think and implement that as well. I've been in Netlink from past 1.5 years and it has been a great experience . The management does not restrict you to stay in one domain but helps you to become a full stack developer and this helped me in my personal growth and improve my skill as compared to my fellow friends in different company where you cannot switch domain easily. As this company is in Bhopal, so it becomes easier for the local people to stay close to their family. The CEO is also frank with his employees and communicate directly whenever there is requirement. I would recommend it to all the freshers out there as you can learn and grow like i did.

      Inconvénients

      Should include more new people and young talent.

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
