      Technically nothing good about this company.

      Inconvénients

      The founder / MD, Rrajesh Bakshi is probably one of the worst persons to work with. Always foul mouthed and abusive he has no respect for anybody in the company. He forms policies which are ad-hoc and twists them as he likes to cheat and harass his employees. The moment you join this company you’re expected to be a puppet in his hands and silently tolerate all the torment and string of abuses.

      Avantages

      Good culture. Understanding boss. Consistent work. Opportunities for a raise. Don’t need to know anything about low-voltage cabling to work there, all the skills you need will be taught to you. Just bring a hop attitude and a good work ethic.

      None. I am sorry, but I really can't think of any good reason to work here.

      Inconvénients

      I noticed my 401-K deductions were not going into my 401-K account, had to squawk about it before they were finally made....after a long wait. So in reality, I gave them an interest free loan. My experience was terrible with the company, and I would not recommend working here to anyone.
