- Large amount of talented people - Talented and driven sales people, driving interesting client initiatives - The culture is very open and knowledge sharing
Inconvénients
- What is sold in the interviews is not aligned with the actual work - Difficult to navigate career, very dependent on "available" client assignments - Easy to lose track of Netlight when you are at a client for long periods of time
