Avantages
I get exposure to a wide range of technologies and work with many different clients, which keeps the work interesting. For a small company, there are all the tools I would expect and reasonable training available. There are good opportunities to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues, and the team culture is collaborative.
Inconvénients
As it’s a small company, processes and documentation continue to evolve. Workloads can be busy at times, and priorities may shift based on client needs.
