      Avantages

      The environment is very laid back and everyone is mostly helpful. My pay seems fair and the benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      As a support agent, once every couple of months you do have to work on call and this can mean calls at any time through out a full week. Can be very disruptive and frustrating.

      Very much a do anything culture where you wear many hats.

      Can be stressful, but management understands and tries to lessen the blow.
