ONLY work there if you are DESPERATE and need a job. KEEP LOOKING if you are foolish enough to work there. I had interviewed there, and was foolish enough ot say I was being laid off from my current job. They undercut my current salary by 25% and said "You're getting laid off in 2 weeks and you need a job. I took the job, worked hard, ran circles around my peers, and they gave me ZERO raises in 2 years! I didn't say anything and bided my time, and finally found a better job with better pay and got the hell out of there. Funny story, my birthday was coming up, and I had already accepted the other job, and waited until after to give notice as the CIO takes employees out to lunch on their birthdays. I ordered surf and turf and desert, and chose all my menu items according to what was most expensive. I was also the only one who ordered desert to go, and took my time eating so that lunch took over an hour and a half. Then after lunch I went in and gave notice. It felt so good to have the last laugh. My manger however was a great guy that they fired shortly afterwards. He was the only reason I stayed as long as I did, but in the end they stressed him out so much he had a heart attack because of the stress.
