Unnecessary leaders are creating pressure for tight deadlines and then you have to work day and night Leaders are very narrow minded, biased and egoistic. You can only surf technical related stuff in google even they dont give access for technical blogs but leaders and manager have full freedom to surf anything. you will feel like laborers here, do only work whole day and night
