      Unless you screwup very badly you wont be let go.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on the manager work life balance goes for a toss. If you are decent at what you do there will be a lot of pressure on you.

      It was a very good experience working at NetWeb.

      Inconvénients

      Hardly any cons except salary could be better.

      good hike/increment . yearly appraisal. no partiality/politics in review. salary on time.

      Inconvénients

      No flexible timing. Not Good Environment for growth. monotonous work.
