Avantages
The product itself is pretty good as far as ERP goes. Unlimited PTO and the ability to work from home are nice perks.
Inconvénients
On the sales side NetSuite treats their employees like numbers. Both the direct and account management teams are filled with very inexperienced managers who have no idea how to lead and inspire. In NetSuite's eyes if you were a good sales rep you are going to be a great manager. This is not the case and has caused many people to be in leadership positions who do not deserve to be there. From a support standpoint you are more or less on your own, and management rarely gets involved to coach and help you. The company culture is pretty bland and the senior management is far removed from what is actually happening on a day to day basis. While I was there I saw a revolving door of hires and fires and HR rarely got involved despite complaints from countless people. If you want to work at a place where you are judged by a number and that is it, then NetSuite is a great place for you.
