      Avantages

      Flexibility in how you work. Smart colleagues who don't let you down. Good team ethos. A can do attitude across the company.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from the Leadership Team. The company is growing at a rapid pace and this leads to resourcing issues, so the hours can be long and relentless. No benefits and paying at least 20% less than the competition.

      Exciting place to work - powerful and dynamic product Fabulous future! Great CEO - visionary Fabulous people to work with!

      Inconvénients

      Constant change with acquisitions..hopefully temporary as all is pulled together. Such exciting growth and opportunities ahead.

      Avantages

      Great people outside of Management. Small office with the ability to have flexability

      Inconvénients

      VERY Political, a ton of inappropriate behavior coming from local leadership. Not a good environment, very toxic. Used to be a great company to work for and now it moved down hill fast! Fraternizing, bad language and no vision. Morals felt compromised many times!
