Avantages
NetDespatch has a very talented pool of employees and a lot of potential to grow as a company. The pension scheme is reasonable and they proactively send their employees out on training courses.
Inconvénients
NetDespatch constantly squanders its opportunities, refusing to be flexible to their customer's needs, mainly, it seems out of ego and resistance to change. They provide a user-friendly printing solution but it looks old and right out of the 90s, the printing solution is very temperamental which causes a vast amount of service tickets and constantly annoys the customers and end users, it is, unfortunately, a case of cutting off their nose to spite their face. Some of the managers of the company act like despots constantly purchasing the latest expensive tech while the office workers have to make do with degraded second-hand equipment. My keyboard was at least 3rd hand with the remnants of somebody´s lunch still under the keys, the mouse looked like it crawled out of the river Thames. Some of the managers also tend to lord it over the employees, causing a high employee turnover, there are constant murmurs of and rumors about the company´s future and yet the company-wide meetings to address the rumors were pointless and vague with little direction. There is very little room for movement or progression within the company and it's quite normal to find people in the same role 10 years after joining the company a bit like the office furniture.
