      Avantages

      Good benefits. Reasonable pay. Good programs for early in career to learn IT.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is struggling to figure out how to meet this moment. Company growth has stalled strategy keeps changing and they haven’t hit it right yet. They hired people who had been fired at big tech thought they were the end. I’ll be all. Top dogs come in and make big changes only to fail and the new top dogs come in. Last layoff they let go a lot of good people who actually know how to do the work and get it done. So now they’re expecting early career people to figure it out. I think they’re on a fast train to nowhere at the moment.

      Avantages

      Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

      Inconvénients

      If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
