Avantages
Fantastic collaborative culture. Best storage technology out there with a future in hybrid cloud, flash and software defined storage. Good training and reasonable hours. Great customers.
Inconvénients
I feel that the culture is shifting a bit. As NetApp is making the transition to cloud there are growing pains such as retention. People are attracted to "flashy" new things. As a result, some newer folks know less of the culture and as result, SEs, TAMs and even PS are starting to feel like more of a commodity instead of an integral piece of an account team.
