Avantages
Hard working employees. In my 13 plus years at NetApp (Network Appliance) i worked with some of the brightest technical talent ever.
Inconvénients
Most of the techies have been laid off or outsourced. NetApp is heavy with middle management, product managers and program managers. Most of these "managers" only generate email to each other and schedule meetings where the only action is to schedule another meeting.
