Avantages
NetApp is a large company, but has the culture of a smaller company. Very open, direct, and not a lot of politics going on. There's a reason NetApp is rated as one of the best companies to work for year after year.
Inconvénients
It can be difficult to promote depending on which business unit you're working within. Some promote faster, some much, much slower.
