Avantages
NetApp is a strong brand and has a generally supportive team culture. . Leadership at the team level is approachable, and the work itself can be interesting and impactful at times.
Inconvénients
The office working policy feels somewhat archaic and completely tone-deaf compared to many tech companies today. There is a stronger push for in-office presence than seems necessary, especially for roles that can be performed effectively in a remote setup. Additionally, compensation does not always feel competitive with the broader market, particularly when factoring in cost of living and industry benchmarks.
