Avantages
Fun activities at the office. Fully stocked bar and kitchen for employees
Inconvénients
Few defined roles. Either 2 people working on the same thing without knowing or no one working on a client request. Mostly due to lack of project/client/account manager positions. Managers are not leaders, but are “really nice” to not upset any employees, Including those who are detrimental to the team. The absolute WORST is alias emails by client, where everyone assigned to the account is on the email” distribution list”. I spend more time going through nonsense emails that don’t affect me than I spend in attending nonsense meetings that don’t affect me. Incredibly inefficient
