      -Normal working hours - 9.0 daily. -Very secure - i don't remember anyone was fired in the last 2.5 years. -Projects mode - intresting. -Sizes of groups/projects is small - intimate.

      Inconvénients

      -Lower compensation from most competitors. -Tehcnology - it is not a leading place, usually a follower. -No startegic thinking about where the markets/clients are going. -Almost no profesional courses.
