VERY high turnover rate throughout all departments. Low compensation compared to any other company in a similar field. They don't have job postings because they are expanding, its because people get hired and 90% run when they get the chance. They treat you only as a number. Management can get away with person attacks against their employees. Fist fights have happened in the warehouse and no one was fired, they were just separated. Disgusting curse words yelled from one female to another and before it was over, the one yelling the most disgusting things ended promoted. BUT they will allow you to be fired without giving you cause because KY is an "at will" state. If a manager doesn't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. Management cares nothing about their employees, they only care about setting the goals at a % that will get them their bonuses and make them look good to corporate.
