Awful Owners - No Real Business Model - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) NeoFill

There is so much that I love about working for this, small family owned, company but the thing I love the most is the incredibly positive atmosphere. The people we work with are amazing and everyone will go out of there way to make you feel like you're apart of the "Neofill Family".

The pay could be better, but all of the Pros of working here will always out weigh this one small con.

I enjoy working at NeoFill as they are great with communication and have a training program that breaks down each dept. There are plenty of knowledgeable people that can assist with my job, but also know about the company and what works best. As there are the few that can't be professional and back stab, the rest of the company is extremely encouraging, motivating, and wanting to assist in problems. Even in the simplicity of having lunch together is a different vibe than any other place I've been to! It's always been a "look out for yourself" whereas at NeoFill, it's a gathering of friends wanting to do business together. I enjoy this place and have defiantly recommended others to come join me as well.

The pay isn't great, but it's also a smaller business and that would be expected
