      Avantages

      The employees are nice. Your coworkers are generally amicable people.

      Inconvénients

      Management is way to strict on time. IF you have to be at work at say 9:00, if you need to call off, you must do so by 9:15. No exceptions! It doesn't matter if you are losing your guts at a toilet, in the middle of a potential stroke, or just overslept. You must call in. Software is legacy Win32/MFC and looks like it hasn't been updated in many years. You will not learn a new skillset here. Everybody is resistant to change or new ideas.

      Avantages

      All the teams are super knowledgeable in their various products and markets, you learn a ton from each other (no more silos.) The culture is now so much more trusting and supportive (no more micromanagement.) Everyone is encouraged to develop and the company is now more innovative, open, and growing.

      Inconvénients

      The company has gone through a lot of changes in the last couple of years, which can bring uncertainty. But it's been for the best and the teams are resilient and open to growth.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are amazing with many years experience in the industry. Many improvements & initiatives driving organizational growth leading to increased employee and customer satisfaction.

      Inconvénients

      Managing distributed teams a little challenging, but the new systems and process being implemented will help drive best practice and efficiencies on a global scale.
