Avantages
People here are friendly and I get to work with some amazingly talented co-workers. Also in no particular order- Waffle Wednesdays, Great location in the middle of everything (walk to the waterfront or Pike Place in just a few blocks), easy bus route, flexible schedule, good benefits, unlimited goldfish crackers :) I feel like I am doing the right thing helping clinics and cancer patients. I know that what I am doing makes a difference to real people.
Inconvénients
The usual growing pains for a SaaS start-up. The culture demands that you be willing to jump in where you see a gap and work with your team members to collaborate and problem solve, so this is probably not a good fit for someone who needs a consistent daily routine or micro-managing to be effective.
