      Avantages

      Quality of work is very good. The co-workers are very supportive. The environment is very good in the company. Goal driven, culture is very good. Work life balanced. Flat structure. Your work will be appreciated. Small but smart organization. You will get lots of chance to prove yourself.

      Inconvénients

      Till date not found. Everything is good there. Still waiting to find one. Nothing really to complain about. Extremely happy working here.

      Good people work for this firm, but unfortunately they churn out quickly and do not last long.

      Inconvénients

      Engagements are sold with no knowledge of what the firm does, what the consultants capabilities are.

      Work life balance, Provide Work from home facility

      Less projects, zero professionalism, Management decisions are very poor, can not presume single employee in worst situation (they fire people immediately), Zero resource planning,
