Avantages

I have had an incredibly positive experience. The company's culture is truly one-of-a-kind - I have never worked with such friendly, supportive colleagues and bosses who genuinely care about their employees' well-being. I have been given opportunities to grow and develop my skills.

If you love to learn about Asian culture and meet friendly, hardworking people, you may enjoy that aspect of Naturally Plus. The US office is small so you have an opportunity to get experience doing a variety of tasks.

Inconvénients

The workplace suffers from poor management at the upper levels. Domineering personalities are allowed to meddle in the workflow of the other employees. This makes it very difficult to get work done and it’s bad for morale. The culture allows bullying and negativity to flourish.
