Owner respects her employees and tries to make everyone feel appreciated without going overboard. She is not always successful but it is nice to see her try.

Owner is sometimes too hands on. Sometimes she gets to the point of micro managing a project and insists her staff does it her way. Most of the time it isn't a big problem but to her credit, she does recognize this "short coming" in herself.

The leadership really cares about the employees. They are flexible about time off and consider the employees private lives. The office culture is very casual. They make an effort to celebrate birthdays and holidays.

Because they care about the employees, and they want to take everyone's opinion into account, it can be difficult to get anything decided or completed.
