      Avantages

      Co-workers are great. You can wear jeans. Pretty easy commute with lots of places to eat nearby. You're salaried and get some vacation days throughout the year. The company is small so if you're looking to get a crash course in handling a lot of responsibility, this is the place.

      Inconvénients

      No one who works here is paid a fair salary. Forget any promises about commission, you will not be receiving it. Opportunity for growth in position/salary is little to none. Also, although you are salaried, you are not treated as such. When I worked there you had to clock in/out- even for lunch. If you leave at 5:30, the boss often harasses you about where you are going. There were no boundaries to questions about your personal life and many female employees were made to feel uncomfortable. Employees were frequently told they lacked common sense and had their intelligence regularly insulted. Issues at the office were often approached from a personal standpoint- management tends to talk down to employees rather than work with their staff on how issues can fully be resolved. Overall, if you value your mental health and your bank account, I suggest looking elsewhere for work.

      Native Nation Events takes every review seriously, both good and bad. We constantly monitor for all types of responses. As the Director of Operations, I personally look into the circumstances behind each negative comment, with the goal of building on each area. Every employee is paid a fair market salary and, if the position allows, bonuses and or commissions better than or competitive with other companies in the market. While Native Nation Events does not agree with the scope and direction of the comment above, it provides us with the opportunity to understand the nature of our hiring process and the target employment markets. We are in a growth mode, as our market area is expanding at a rapid rate. All of our processes are moving forward, providing greater opportunities for all employees!       Avantages

      Sadly, i have to move which is the reason i am departing from NNE. NNE has been a great learning experience for someone who came in with little sales knowledge. It is a great close team to surround yourself with and the boss is very understanding when life gets in the way.

      Inconvénients

      I loved my coworkers so i wish we did some more team activities outside of the office!

      Avantages

      Few to none. The workplace culture and management issues overshadowed any potential benefits of the role.

      Inconvénients

      The company has significant issues with workplace culture and leadership. In my experience, there were concerns regarding favoritism and nepotism, inconsistent professional standards, poor communication, and an expectation of frequent overtime. I also witnessed behavior that I felt was disrespectful and, at times, discriminatory. Employees were often spoken to in an unprofessional manner, creating a stressful and unsupportive work environment. I would not recommend this workplace to individuals seeking a respectful, collaborative, and professionally managed organization.
