      It's exciting to be in a collaborative environment developing a new technology and delivering it to an industry who hasn't been exposed to this type of innovation in decades. Lots of great people working together in a stellar location in downtown San Diego.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of growing pains that leads to disorganization as the company works to scale from proof-of-concept to profitability.

      Avantages

      Very cool product to bring to dairy farmers, solid technical support from R&D, and fun bringing new technology to the industry. Need to pay attention to the science in order to be successful with users.

      Inconvénients

      Some processes are annoying and distracting.
