      Avantages

      Great group of people. Can work remotely. Promotes green living for homeowners living in Central Tx. What you do has an impact on the organization.

      Inconvénients

      Working remotely can cause a sense of being alone (on an island). Management does not provide feedback on work performance and/or clearly outline expectations.
