Avantages

-M-F schedule -40 hours/week -discount -good location -learn about photography -meet some cool people -plenty of restaurants near by

Inconvénients

-overtime overkill(overnights, weekends) -micro management -lean six sigma -safety hazards -back breaking work -employees are always monitored by mgmt -communication issues -sales are redundant -poor ventilation -overcrowded warehouse(equipment) -salary is lower than expected for amount of work -increases are mediocre -30 minute break -treatment of warehouse employees is low Besides the above cons, some things you should know about this place. It wasn't always this bad. At one time they had an amazing roster of people. When the micro management and LEAN systems were introduced, many good employees left. Since then this "professional lab" is no more than low paid warehouse workers that don't have any photography background. The few original employees they have left deserve much more credit than they get. NPL was built by employees, sadly those employees weren't treated that well. Ideas were ignored, no appreciation given, and little to nothing has been done regarding safety. Why would this company let employees setup the equipment, but not listen to there suggestions?
