      Avantages

      Starker Zusammenhalt, Länderübergreifende Teams, jeder Du’s sich, man trifft sich nach Feierabend usw. Vertrauensarbeitszeit. Sehr gutes COVID Krisenmanagement. HomeOffice jederzeit möglich und auch empfohlen vom Vorgesetzten.

      Inconvénients

      Derzeitige schon über Jahre andauernde Outsourcing Kampagne. Wurde leider immer mehr zu einer amerikanischen Firma. Massive Umorganisation im Management und alles was drunterliegt. Alles soll möglichst günstig sein und deshalb geht alles nach Ungarn. Es besteht ständig ein Klima der Angst das die eigene Gruppe/das eigene Team als nächstes dran ist.

      Avantages

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
